Since 1976, the Netherlands has decriminalized cannabis use in small quantities (less than 5 grams) by adults. This is a great little city hotel of an Australian chain, with friendly staff, a sufficient pool area & loads of other facilities: I think it's pretty good value for your money as well, and in the last 2 years (since 2006) many fellow VTers have stayed here upon my recommendation & agreed with me.
