If you want to get a good view of central Sofia you could have lunch at the 'Pri Olite' ('At the Eagles') restaurant. Not far from Parikia (Paros) there is a valley called Petaloudes where, in July & august, thousands of butterflies gather and cover all. You can take a bus there. Tanzania is a good option to massified Kenya. Sometimes considered the poor sister of the its neighbour, is one of the countries with better Parks in Africa (Ngorongoro, Serengueti, Selous, Tarangire...), it's got the highest and most famous peak (Kilimanjaro) and probably the most charming island (Zanzibar).
