  • There are plenty of places to stay at Hampton Beach, but this was the best fit for a longer stay. Equipt with a kitchenette (full fridge, microwave and sink!) and fold out double bed, it suited a group on a budget! It also has a hot tub and exercize room.

    good price... book ahead of time.

  • Small rooms with bathroom, TV and heat. No phone or clock. 37.50/night. I was there in Novemberand it was a nice little motel. Only 5 rooms though. Front porch. Walking distance to beach.

  • We stayed at the kentville on arecomendation and did like the location a lot but the rooms were too small for our family. The manager understood our plight and agreed to move our deposit to their other location. The other location had larger rooms and a pool. Joe (o yea he is the manager) thanks a lot for your professionalism and taking care of us.

    Yes I will agree that hampton beach is a little rough around the edges and lots of teenagers. But we like it. Don't get us wrong about the kentville, if it was just my wife and I we would go. but the room at ships inn had jacuzzi and kitchen and pools.

    No ocean views but for the money this places gives you 2 pools and larger rooms than the others. I paid $170 each night and my room had 2 full beds a fridge and microwave and they are like 4 minutes to beach! walking distance to everything.

    NY couple Francine and Aldo Mancini from New York bought property now scamming people with false pictures online at craigslist...i rented online and stayed one day til i could find another place, filthy, no living room, saltbox tiny, ants, across from biker bar, horrible

    Overall, I love this hotel and stay there when I am in Hampton.

    Nice ocean view from either side balcony or front view.
