Our stay at The Venetian was great. (We were in the main part, not Venezia.) The hotel itself is gorgeous and provides many things to do -- the Grand Canal Shoppes, riding on the Gondola, etc. The inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful as well, and we were both quite astounded when we came in and looked around and walked through before heading up to our room. The room itself was fantastic as well. No wonder they call all rooms suites: it was huge. There were two parts to the room, and it included a huge bed, very fancy bathroom with everything you could possibly need, a couch, two TVs, etc. It felt extremely luxurious. And the best part was that we got this on Priceline for a fantastic price: $99. A five-star hotel for 100 dollars just makes it that much better! Consideirng I've seen the Best Western in Las Vegas for more than this, this makes it really incredible! The only thing that is making me choose this as 4 stars in satisfaction instead of 5 is that I found a couple of the staff there to be quite rude. I had a small, embarrassing confrontation with one of them who was quite pushy and demanding when he had no reason to be. Most of the others were just fine though, and I wouldn't keep this from staying at this great hotel again if we were to return to Las Vegas and be able to get it for such a great price again. Room Service You name it, you got it!! These are the biggest, swankiest rooms in Las Vegas. If you want to impress someone big put them here. The rooms reek of money. Enter the 650 square feet standard room through a marble foyer to see a sunken living room complete with writing desk, fax machine/copier, 27" TV, game table, an in-room safe, mini-bar and almost enough chairs for a baseball team. Then, in the bedroom area, there's another big TV, canopied bed and another phone. The bathroom, which is bigger than any I have seen has a huge tub or separate shower. Chat on another phone while sitting on the can, use the hair dryer, safe or iron. Practically everything stationary is covered in marble or some expensive fabric. The towels were fluffy, so fluffy I couldn't take it home, so big couldn't fit it in my suitcase. Leave a Comment Theme: Hotel
