I really enjoyed the time I spent at Mandalay Bay. This place is, in my opinion, one of the top Casino Resorts in Las Vegas. Though a bit open, I loved the casino in here, as well as the overall layout and decoration. The shows here are top notch, as well as the dining, and the nightlife is very nice... the Rum Junglewas very fun. I'd recommend this spot to anyone coming to Vegas, and the only drawback, although a large one, is its location... it is on the extreme southern tip of the Las Vegas strip, so you'll have to walk quite a distance, even to the monorail.
The Mamma Mia! show was very nice, and what other hotel here has a House of Blues inside? Leave a Comment

oh and boy was it a surprize...everything a person could want in one hotel! Its got a FEW swimming pools, resturaunts, shows, shops and even more shops! This place is loaded, you could go to Vegas and just spend a few days inside perfectly occupied! And an even greater suprize was the fact that by the time we got to the hotel, 1:15am they had gotten rid of our room even though it was gaurented till 2:00am. This may sound bad, but it gets better...much better. We ended up getting a Penthouse Suite located on the 61/62 out of 63 floors and yes a free upgrade. Talk about amazing! This place had 2 floors, 10 TV, 61/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms each with their own sitting room, a kitchen, dinning room, living room, etc... the list goes on and on. Now this is one of the real "once in a lifetime" situations. There is no way I would ever pay the amount that this place costed a night...but for $200 a night...its manageable!
